TikTok influencer Harrison Sullivan has been detained after avoiding police for nearly a year related to alleged traffic violations.
The 24-year-old, known as HSTikkyTokky, was sought by Surrey Police for missing a court date after a accident in Virginia Water, Surrey in March 2024.
Authorities had earlier launched an appeal for leads after the driver of a high-performance vehicle involved in a collision with a different vehicle fled the scene.
The influencer, who skipped a court appearance in late autumn, had subsequently shared videos on online platforms from Qatar.
A statement from Surrey Police on the start of the week stated: "A 24-year-old man from Essex was arrested on Friday for not showing up at a legal proceeding for reckless operation of a vehicle.
"The individual appeared at a local court on the weekend and has been remanded prior to a further court appearance at Staines Magistrates' Court on early next week."
The judicial body confirmed that allegations included failing to stop after an incident, operating a vehicle while handling a mobile phone, and operating a vehicle lacking proper coverage.
